Fourth of July Events Near Your Oklahoma City Apartment


Looking for fun things to do this Independence Day in Oklahoma City? Check out some of these festivities happening Fourth of July weekend near your apartment!

Red, White, and Boom
Bring the entire family down to the State Fair Park on Friday, July 3rd for a free concert followed by a spectacular fireworks display. The Oklahoma City Philharmonic performance will begin at 8:30 pm followed by fireworks at 10 pm. This is one event that is sure to be memorable so bring your blankets and lawn chairs to claim your spot! Admission is free.

Bricktown Ballpark
Celebrate America’s pastime with a good old-fashioned baseball game this 4th of July. Buy tickets and head out to Bricktown Ballpark to watch the OKC Dodgers play against the Omaha Storm Chasers at 7:05 pm. There will also be a fireworks display after the game! Ticket prices vary.

Blues & BBQ Festival
Take Dad on down to Bricktown for live music and delicious food! The 20th Annual Bricktown Blues & BBQ Festival will be held on Friday, June 19th and Saturday, June 20th. Cost of Attendance: Free. All Ages.

Switch it up this year and take Dad on a safari to the zoo! Dads get in free on Father’s Day, June 21 with any paid admission. Cost: $8 for Adults, $5 for Seniors and Children Ages 3-11.
